Sooooooooo...... this soccer family kinda stole my heart <3 :)  They showed up to our consultation in matching soccer jerseys and that was enough for me!  Super PUMPED to introduce our newest couple AMANDA & CHRIS...welcome to the ABN family!!  A Spring wedding is full blown in the works!  Think TRADITIONAL and TIMELESS!  Happy Planning!

Leaf Your Fingerprint

Hi guys! A few weeks ago we blogged about how the small details at your wedding could be the ‘WOW FACTOR’ you were looking for to keep guests talking! Well one of our recent brides, now Mrs. Ostow, did just that with this creative twist on the traditional guest book.

Kristen not only asked her guests to sign a guest book but she also asked them to ‘leaf their fingerprint’ on a canvas which she now has on display in her home. We love this idea because instead of having the signatures in a book that is put away somewhere, Kristen and Justin can think of all the people that shared their special day with them every time they walk by this painting.

Polish Wedding!

Ahhhhhh!  We are so excited to announce our newest couple Izabela and JB!  Welcome aboard!  We are well on our way to planning an AWESOME Polish wedding where our beautiful Izabela is from!  Polish traditions and cultural food are just a few of the things on our agenda!  We can't wait to party ALL night long.....literally!!  Stay tuned for more details on this one!!  It's gonna be FAB!  I've attached a few pics that I took (ok, ok....I STOLE)!  This couple is darling and Congrats to JB on his new career!!

Small Details… Huge Difference!

  

I have always said that the beauty of being a wedding planner is that I get to re-live the day over and over again through my bride’s eyes…The rush of adrenaline, the sense of accomplishment and not to mention…the sigh of relief!!!

From a young age, girls spend hours daydreaming about their wedding day- we may not know who is going to be at the end of the aisle but we are already picking out details like our colors, our flowers, our ring and even our dress. But when the wedding planning becomes a reality, there is sometimes a feeling of pressure and anticipation that sets in because of all the different things we have to do before the big day.

When planning a wedding it is pretty easy to think about the big things like the ceremony and reception locations but it is usually the small details that can make the biggest impact, because it’s the little things that make the day unique and personal to the couple. After all, at a wedding we are celebrating the fact that two people are dedicating their lives to each other!  There are so many different ways to add your own special touches on your wedding day… Some ideas for special touches are adding a special flower to your bouquet to remember a deceased loved one or putting a spin on table numbers by using things that are meaningful in your relationship such as the names of some of your favorite movies that you have watched together. You can also add a special touch by jazzing up items like a ring bearer pillow by incorporating your flowers and colors or maybe even by providing items that will help make your guests more comfortable such as fans for an outside wedding or flips flops for a long night of dancing... The memory of your wedding day will live on forever and with it the memories of those small details that made your wedding your very own. So get those creative juices flowing but remember not to lose sight of the whole picture.

Surprise Bellydancer at April Wedding

Hey guys!  Well, April was certainly a BUSY month!!  Included in my chaos was my son's 2nd Birthday party!  We did a Circus theme and we sure clowned around enough!!  Little man had a blast!!  I would like to share an awesome entertainer that I witnessed at a wedding(I was a guest) at the end of April.  I cannot express enough how awesome of an effect these special entertainers can have at an event!!  I just love surprises!  This video was taken with my Iphone from pretty far away so it's not the best but you get the idea!!  She was so pleasant to watch and the Bride and Groom enjoyed every second of it!!
